Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Tech (GTM) – Manchester (Spinningfields)
*Location: Manchester (Spinningfields)
*Salary: £27,500 basic + commission (Uncapped - top earner in y1 made £88000)
*Start Date: 8th June
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

They’re hiring 5 Trainee Consultants to join the founding team.

The Role
*Learn the fundamentals of recruitment through a structured, hands-on approach

*Build towards running your own 360 desk
*Develop business development skills and client relationships over time
What They’re Looking For
*Graduates OR candidates with sales experience
*Strong work ethic and attitude – this is non-negotiable
*Competitive individuals (sporting background is a big plus)
*Confident communicator with good energy
*Motivated by earning potential and progression
