Accounts Payable Assistant (Expenses Experience Essential)
Hybrid Working, Contract Role, Immediate Start Required
Are you immediately available and experienced within high-volume Accounts Payable?
Do you also have strong employee expenses experience alongside supplier invoice processing?
I’m currently working with a well-established and fast-paced business who are looking to bring in an experienced Accounts Payable professional on a contract basis to support a busy finance team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured, high-volume environment and can confidently manage both supplier invoices and employee expenses with accuracy and efficiency.
The role will involve:*High-volume processing of supplier invoices
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Managing employee expenses and company credit card reconciliations
*Checking expense claims are in line with company policy
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Assisting with payment runs
*Resolving supplier and internal finance queries
*Supporting month-end processes including accruals and reconciliations
*Maintaining accurate supplier records and finance data
What they’re looking for:*Previous Accounts Payable experience
*Essential experience processing staff expenses / expense claims
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced finance environment
*Good Excel capability
*Someone immediately available or on a very short notice period
