£41,560 – £47,560 per annum + KPI Bonus up to £500 per month

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded care provider for an exciting opportunity to lead a new 6-bed residential home in Liverpool supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs.

The service will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs in a safe, person-centred and empowering environment where independence and quality of life are promoted at every opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For*Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing care team
*Creating a positive, values-led culture within the service
*Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times
*Driving compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding regulations
*Managing staff recruitment, rotas, supervisions, and performance
*Building positive relationships with professionals, families, and commissioners
*Supporting continuous improvement and service development
*Promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful outcomes for residents
What We’re Looking ForWe’re keen to hear from experienced leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.
Essential Requirements:*Experience managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
*Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
*Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rota
