What You Can Look Forward To as Management Accountant
As a key member of the finance function, you’ll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with the monthly preparation and reporting of financial performance, including analysis, interpretation and clear commentary against budget and forecast.
*Completing balance sheet reconciliations and conducting balance sheet reviews with the finance team
*Supporting the monthly forecast process and contributing to the creation of the annual budget
*Working closely with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues
*Providing departments with clear, insightful financial data to support informed business decisions, including interpretation and explanation where required
*Supporting both internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout
Your Profile as Management Accountant
We’re looking for a confident, detail-focused finance professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a collaborative environment:


*Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Experience within a busy finance function
*Up-to-date IFRS knowledge
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*SAP ERP experience preferred
*Strong analytical capability with exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders
