Location: Banbury
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 (rising to £31,600 after probation)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (No weekends!)
The Automotive Assembler Opportunity
Join a specialist team known for crafting high-end campervans and motorhomes. As an Automotive Assembler, you’ll play a key role in transforming vehicles into bespoke luxury travel experiences—combining precision engineering with premium finishes.
This is hands-on, rewarding work where no two builds are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Installing interior units, fixtures, and fittings
*Supporting electrical and basic gas installations
*Testing electrical systems, appliances, and components
*Fitting upgrades such as solar panels, lighting, and wiring systems
*Inspecting and finishing interiors to high-quality standards
*Carrying out adjustments, repairs, and final detailing
*Conducting gas system testing for safety and performance
*Completing final vehicle inspections

*Electrical installation
*Automotive fitting or vehicle conversion
*Wiring systems & interior assembly
*Quality inspection & finishing
*Gas system testing (desirable)
*Strong attention to detail
