Job Description:
My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Strategic HRBP on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in shaping and transforming HR service delivery, partnering with senior managers to provide expert advice on workforce strategy, employee relations, organisational change, and people management.
What’s on offer:
*Salary: £500 a day
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
*Provide strategic HR Business Partner support to the Culture, Environment and Economy Directorate
*Lead on the development and implementation of sickness absence reduction strategies
*Analyse workforce and absence data, identify trends and root causes, and produce meaningful management reports
*Lead on complex employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management cases
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
*Extensive experience in a similar role
*Strong experience managing sickness absence reduction
*Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified
*Local Authority experience is essential
