Accounts Payable Clerk | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Central London | 1 Day Per Week From Home
Sheridan Maine are working with an established organisation in Central London who are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with strong potential to become permanent.
This role will play a key part in supporting the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and supplier queries.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
*Monitoring and managing the Accounts Payable inbox
*Supporting invoice processing, coding, approvals, and posting
*Ensuring invoices are processed ahead of weekly payment runs
*Performing supplier statement reconciliations
*Assisting with bank postings and resolving discrepancies
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will require:
*Previous experience within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication and time management skills
