Job Description:
A leading, global financial organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to take ownership of UK payroll operations while supporting wider global payroll and benefits activity. This is a broad, visible role with exposure across payroll, benefits, pensions and compliance.
Reporting into the Payroll Director, you will work within the international payroll team, liaising closely with HR & Finance.
Key responsibilities:*Lead and manage UK payroll operations end-to-end
*Support payroll and benefits activity across international locations
*Oversee pension governance and compliance processes
*Drive continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations
*Provide support on global mobility and employee-related matters
*Partner with HR and Finance teams on payroll and benefits strategy
About you:*Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
*Confident in taking ownership of complex payroll operations
*Experience with Workday and/or iPay beneficial
*Knowledge of payroll compliance and benefits administration
*Confident working in a fast-paced, international environment
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
