We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join this award-winning independent agency.
This is a great opportunity for a Paid Social Executive who loves performance marketing, enjoys getting into the detail of campaigns, and wants to continue developing their skills in a fast-moving agency environment.
This agency works with a range of leading retail and consumer brands, delivering integrated campaigns powered by data, creativity and smart media thinking. They’re growing quickly, investing heavily in digital, and looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about paid social and performance.
As Paid Social Executive, you’ll support the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta. You’ll work closely with the wider digital and client services teams to help deliver campaigns that drive strong commercial results for clients.
You’ll need hands-on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, along with a good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, reporting and testing. Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
This role would suit someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of paid social — someone who likes spotting opportunities in the data, testing new ideas, improving performance and staying close to platform developments and trends.
Responsibilities of this Paid Social Executive include:
*Creating, launching and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and other social platforms
*Building audiences, implementing pixels and supporting campaign setup within Meta Business Manager
*Monitoring campaign performance and making ongoing optimisation recommendations
*Running A/B tests across audiences, creatives, copy and formats
*Reporting on campaign performance and helping turn data into actionable insight
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality client campaigns
*Keeping up to date with platform updates, trends and emerging opportunities across paid social
To be considered for this Paid Social Executive role, you’ll need:
*2+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns
*Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
*Experience activating, optimising and reporting on campaigns
*Confidence analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*A genuine interest in digital marketing and paid social trends
