Residential Cleaner Job DescriptionJob Title: Residential Cleaner
Location: Chessington
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 3:00pm (25 hours per week)
Pay: £13.00 per hour + mileage allowance
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Residential Cleaner to join our team working in private homes across the local area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high cleaning standards and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities*General cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
*Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
*Cleaning surfaces, mirrors, and appliances
*Changing bed linens and tidying rooms where required
*Ensuring all properties are cleaned to a high standard
*Following health and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
*Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
Requirements*Previous residential cleaning experience is essential
*Must hold a full UK driving licence
*Must have own vehicle
*Basic DBS check required
*Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
*Able to work independently and manage time effectively
*Good attention to detail and communication skills
Benefits*£13 per hour
