The role -
Recruitment Consultants work with client companies, building relationships over the phone and face to face, in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. They attract candidates by advertising the roles through an array of media such as online job boards, window displays, and social media. They screen and interview candidates, complete background and vetting checks and make recommendations to the clients.
The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant’s role is to attract candidates and to match them to jobs in temporary, permanent or fixed term contract positions that you have generated from your sales activity. These jobs can vary from entry level roles, to executives and directors. A critical aspect of this role is to achieve performance targets in terms of financial income to the business and to explore and develop new business.
This position would suit someone who is an experienced agency recruiter who is looking for a new challenge or a better culture. Alternatively you might be a successful sales individual who wants the ability to run your own desk, want a more supportive culture and with unlimited bonus potential.
