We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where creativity, precision, and passion are valued every day.
What You’ll Be Doing*Running and maintaining your section to exceptional standards
*Preparing and presenting dishes with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail
*Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
*Maintaining impeccable hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
*Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials inspired by Caribbean flavours and global techniques
*Working collaboratively within a disciplined, professional brigade
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fine-dining or Michelin kitchen
*Passion for modern Caribbean cuisine, fine dining, and innovation
*Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
*Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
*A genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a Michelin-level culture
*Professionalism, discipline, and a strong team mentality
