Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in office
We are hiring a Front End Django Web Developer to join a growing, mission-led technology company with a strong Tech4Good mindset. This is a growth hire, not a replacement, joining a small tech team to build high-impact products.
The Role
You will work on the frontend of a Django application, collaborating closely with designers, UI and UX specialists, and feature managers to deliver clean, accessible, and well-structured user interfaces.
This role suits someone who enjoys building robust frontends without unnecessary complexity and prefers clarity over hype.
Tech Stack*Django with a frontend focus
*Vanilla JavaScript (not reliant on existing front end libraries)
*Bootstrap
*HTML and CSS
What We’re Looking For*Solid experience building frontend features using Django
*Strong vanilla JavaScript skills
*Confidence working from designs and collaborating with design teams
*Logical, thoughtful problem solver who enjoys reasoning challenges
*Comfortable being office based and working closely with others
*A genuine interest in Tech4Good and purpose-driven work
Working Pattern*Before probation: 4 to 5 days per week in the office
*After probation: 3 days per week in the office
