As part of a leading national group, you’ll join a dynamic Commercial team delivering reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial portfolios with real scope to develop and progress your career
As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of R&M and property maintenance contracts, managing costs, value and relationships across multiple projects

Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:
*Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
*Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
*Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
*Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
*Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance
What We Need from You:
*1 to 5 years experience in:
*Repairs & Maintenance essential
*Heating & Compliance ideal
*Facilities management
*Property building maintenance
*Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
*Experience working across planned and reactive works
*Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable
