Job Description:
Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

Recruitment firm specialising in commercial hires for FinTech and Payments businesses across the UK and Europe. Team of 25 with £4m revenue, placing SDRs through to Sales Directors into scaling fintech firms.

• Strong communication and competitive mindset
• Motivated by progression and earning potential
