Job Description:
Description and requirementsSkanska’s PFI MoD contract at MoD Main Building currently seek a Helpdesk Supervisor to lead the Help Desk team to proactively manage reactive and planned tasks through the CAFM system, undertake general administration and telephone duties. Produce maintenance related documents, reports and proposals. Generate work orders and reports, data inputting of completed work orders, time sheets and service reports.
You Will:
*oversee the day to day delivery of the Help Desk Team.
*monitor the Help desk and proactively manage reactive and planned tasks through the CAFM system.
*assist Help desk manager to manage the maintenance office administration systems.
*update reactive and PPM task Orders in the CAFM system and ensure work record sheets and certificates are uploaded with contractual requirements.
*ensure PPM work orders are produced via help desk orders and documents.
*respond on the telephone / email to client requests and dispatch appropriate engineer or sub-contractor.
*assist Help Desk Manager to manage and produce monthly reports, provide mitigations on reactive a PPM tasks.
*monitor outstanding task orders and produce jeopardy reports to proactively manage tasks to completion.
Skills/Experience required :
*Proficient use of all major office system packages (O365)
*Previous use or knowledge of CAFM Computerised Systems
*Works well under pressure
*Able to gain and maintain DV clearance
*Can do attitude.
