For ambitious Assistant Management Accountants looking for a genuine route into a fully-fledged Management Accountant position, this opportunity offers a level of development and exposure rarely available at this stage in your career.
Reporting directly to an experienced Finance Director, the business is looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant who is eager to accelerate their progression, take ownership and develop into a core member of Senior Finance.


You will gain exposure to the full finance function and become heavily involved in improving reporting accuracy and commercial insight across the business. You will take increasing ownership of the month-end process, begin preparing full management accounts packs with commentary and work directly with department heads to support budgeting and forecasting.
You will start presenting financial information internally, attend senior management meetings and become a key support to the Finance Director in driving commercial decision making.
All this is preparing you to progress into a fully operational Management Accountant position with full responsibility for month-end, management accounts production and board-level reporting.


Alongside this progression, the company will fully support completion of your ACCA or CIMA qualification through a comprehensive study package including exam support and study leave.
