Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading architectural practices who work alongside some of the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground-running for their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
*Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
*Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
*Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
*Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
*Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
*Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
*Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
*CIAT registered or working towards chartership
*Experience managing projects across various sectors
*Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
*Job running experience
*Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
