Looking for your next social care role or fancy a career change that actually feels rewarding? We’d love to chat with you!
Here’s the good news – you don’t need social care experience to get started. We’ll provide all your training for free, including award-winning programmes and the Health and Social Care Diploma to help boost your career with us.
*Male Support Worker
*Chertsey
*£25,845 per year
*Full-time hours only
*You’ll need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle for this one
We’re searching for Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey, working with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge. Our services include supported living homes, self-contained flats and community-based outreach – so there’s plenty of variety.
Every day is different, but here’s what a typical shift might look like:
*Helping the people we support get out and about in their community and beyond.
*Supporting them with social activities and staying connected with family and friends.
*Lending a hand with managing their finances.
*Keeping their home clean and tidy, plus doing the shopping.
*Providing and encouraging personal care.
*And most importantly, enjoying what you do!
What’s in it for you?
*Early pay – get access to your wages more often if you need to.
*We’ll pay for your enhanced DBS.
*Flexible working patterns.
*Up to 28 days paid holiday (pro rata).
*Top-quality training to help you grow your career.
*Pension scheme with life assurance.

*Free 24/7 access to the health portal, counselling and support – totally confidential.
Sound good? Get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!
We’re signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme, so if you declare a disability and meet the key criteria, we’ll invite you for an interview to show us what you can do.
Just so you know, there’s a genuine occupational requirement for this role to be filled by a male applicant, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
