Job Description:
Job Title: 1:1 SEND Tutor (Year 7)
Location: Barnoldswick
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 SEND Tutor to support a Year 7 pupil with additional needs in the Barnoldswick area.
Role Details:*Schedule: Monday & Wednesday*8:30am - 10:30am
*Format: 1:1 support
*Start: Immediate / ASAP
Key Responsibilities:*Provide tailored, one-to-one academic and pastoral support
*Adapt learning materials to meet the pupil’s individual needs
*Support engagement, confidence, and progress
*Work collaboratively with parents/carers and relevant professionals where required
Essential Requirements:*Proven SEND experience (essential)
*Strong understanding of supporting children with additional needs
*Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
