They are seeking experienced Producer Brokers who bring a portable book of business, strong market relationships and a collaborative approach to growth.

The Opportunity

Joining a lean and highly commercial environment, you will play a key role in driving new business generation whilst contributing to the wider success of the division. The business is focused on building high-performing teams rather than siloed individuals, with collaboration and cultural fit viewed as critical to long-term success.

The platform offers significant autonomy alongside strong operational support, enabling brokers to focus on developing and servicing client relationships effectively.

The role can support Producers operating across a range of specialist classes, with particular growth areas including Energy and Crisis Management.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop and grow a portfolio of London market insurance business
*Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships
*Identify and execute new business opportunities across specialist lines
*Service and manage a portfolio of clients to a high standard
*Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider division to maximise opportunities and deliver the best client outcomes
*Contribute to the continued growth and culture of the business
*Work alongside leadership on strategic growth initiatives where appropriate
What They Are Looking For
*Proven experience as a Producer Broker within the London market
*Strong business development capability and established market network
*Portable book of business preferred
*Ability to independently manage and service client relationships
*Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
*Strong technical broking and relationship management skills
*Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to thrive in a growth environment
