With increasing demand from our partner schools, we are looking for experienced support staff who can provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs. What we’re looking for:*Experience supporting pupils with ALN
*Previous experience working within an SRB setting is highly desirable
*A calm, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
Essential requirements:*Enhanced DBS certificate
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
