This is a fantastic role for a commercial litigator looking to join a well-established and collaborative disputes team, advising an impressive and diverse client base including businesses, directors, property owners and high-net-worth individuals.
The team handles a broad spread of complex and high-quality contentious matters, offering genuine variety alongside the opportunity to develop your own specialisms over time.
The OpportunityYou will work across a broad range of disputes including:
*Commercial and contract disputes
*Property and landlord & tenant litigation
*Professional negligence claims
*Debt recovery and general civil litigation matters
*Defamation and reputational disputes
