Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade parts experience looking to join a professional and fast-paced aftersales team.
You will play a key role in supplying parts to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers while delivering exceptional service and ensuring efficient stock control.
Key Responsibilities*Supplying vehicle parts to the workshop and front counter customers
*Handling incoming parts enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
*Ordering, booking in, and managing stock levels efficiently
*Identifying correct vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
*Supporting technicians and service advisors with parts requirements
*Maintaining accurate records and invoicing
*Assisting with stock checks and department organisation
Requirements*Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
*Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
*Good organisational and IT skills
*Full UK driving licence preferred
