Chef De Partie - £35,000 to £36,000 inclusive of tips

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Chef De Partie in Ryde, working within a busy fresh-food hotel operation with an outstanding reputation on the Isle of Wight. Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play an important role within the kitchen team, including:
*Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
*Running your own section within a busy fresh-food hotel restaurant
*Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistent standards
*Supporting service across the hotel’s restaurant operations
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
*Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this Chef De Partie role, you’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience at Chef De Partie level
*A strong background working with fresh food
*Good organisational and communication skills
*The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
*A passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently
