The Role
We are offering full-time, part-time, and supply positions, allowing you to choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
*Assisting the class teacher with tailored lesson delivery
*Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
*Helping pupils develop social, communication, and life skills
*Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
*Previous experience working with additional needs, either:

*In an educational setting (school, college, nursery), or
*In a support worker, care, or youth work role

*A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
