The RoleYou’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of Commercial Property matters, working with a diverse client base and playing a key role in the continued growth of the department. Typical work includes:
*Commercial property sales and purchases
*Commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant)
*Assignments and lease surrenders
*SIPP purchases with leasebacks
*Option agreements (acting for both owner and developer)
*Residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement
*Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Supporting business development and spotting new opportunities
*Working collaboratively to achieve team KPIs and targets
