What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Manager:
*Managing your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
*Generating new business through multiple channels
*Listing and marketing properties for sale and let
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Managing the full sales and lettings process from instruction to completion
*Delivering a high standard of service throughout the customer journey
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings essential
*Background as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or Lister advantageous
*Proven ability to win instructions and list property
*Strong business generation skills
*Existing network of landlords, developers, or local contacts beneficial
*Highly motivated with a professional, proactive approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Full UK driving licence required
