Facilities Manager (BTR)
Location: South London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus
The company:
An award winning, leading Build to Rent operator.
The role:
The Facilities Manager will be based on a high-end Build to Rent development in South London. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.
Responsibilities include:
*Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
*Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
*Carry out building inspections.
*Supervise maintenance and repairs.
*Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
The person:
*Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
*Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
*IOSH/NEBOSH.
