What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
*Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Professional and confident approach with clients
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Good local knowledge of the Clapham / Balham area preferred
