A boutique Wealth Management firm based in Derby is seeking a professional and highly organised Client Services Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in Financial Planning or Wealth Management who enjoys delivering exceptional client support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The RoleWorking closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service throughout their financial planning journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
*Managing client communications by phone, email, and post
*Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
*Processing new business applications and monitoring progress through to completion
*Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties
*Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
*Assisting with valuations, reports, and general client servicing activities
*Supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience at all times
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Previous administration experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and back-office systems
