TradeWind Recruitment are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Kettering area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, or individuals with strong behaviour management skills looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to students in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.
The Role:*Supervising classes across a range of subjects

*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

*Ensuring students complete work set by teaching staff

*Supporting pupils in their learning where required

*Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

We Are Looking For:*Strong communication and classroom management skills

*Confidence working with secondary-aged students

*Experience working with young people is desirable

*A flexible and proactive approach

*A passion for education and supporting student development
