Job Description: We are working with a growing and established business in Dorset seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a pivotal role where you will support senior leadership while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee day-to-day office operations
*Manage suppliers, facilities, and office budgets
*Provide support to senior leadership team
*Assist with HR administration and onboarding
*Implement and improve office processes
About You:
*Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
