Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Full-Time, Long-Term Role
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

About the RoleVeritas Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career within a well-structured school environment that is committed to professional development and high-quality teaching standards, aligned with Department for Education expectations.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject specialism
*Support student progress, attainment, and positive behaviour
*Assess, monitor, and report on pupil achievement
*Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams
*Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate*Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has completed or is completing a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
*Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
*Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
*Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
