IT Trainer - Microsoft PowerPoint
2 day contract (Inside IR35)
MUST BE A QUALIFIED SOLE TRAINER
We have a client based in N1, London (near Kings Cross station), and they are looking for some support with Microsoft PowerPoint training for their team.
It will be a 2 day requirement initially. The training is for 8 people, one to prepare content and another to deliver the training onsite.
Job brief:
Audience
*Mixed ability group (beginner to intermediate)
*Business users who create internal and client-facing slides
Objectives/Outcomes
By the end of the training, attendees should be able to:
*Build clear, well-structured slide decks (story flow, key messages, audience fit)
*Use layouts, themes, and Slide Master to keep branding consistent
*Improve slide design (alignment, spacing, typography, colour, accessibility)
*Create and edit charts, diagrams, and visuals effectively
*Use speaker notes, presenter view, and delivery best practices
*Collaborate on decks (reviewing, comments, versioning)
Format & Approach
*Onsite delivery with hands-on exercises and examples
*Interactive workshop style
*Ideally based around real-world scenarios and typical business decks
