The successful candidate will ideally take ownership of the full sales cycle, whilst demonstrating a strong commercial outlook and the ambition, resilience and drive to identify new market opportunities

Key Skills/Experience Required for our Sales Manager:
*A proven background in sales and business development
*Sales and revenue driven with the determination to achieve results
*Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with the skills to influence decision-making at senior level
*Ability to manage and prioritise multiple sales activities
*Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills
*Organised and proactive
*Ambitious and self-motivated
*Full UK driving licence


Key Responsibilities for our Sales Manager:
*Developing new accounts, managing leads and driving sales whilst creating an exceptional customer relationship
*Support business growth with a hands-on approach to sales activity
*Own revenue and growth targets, consistently driving new business performance
*Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
*Presenting forecasts and performance updates to senior management
*Ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate information


Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-the-road/hybrid working with one day per week to be office-based
