About the School*All-through provision for pupils with SLD
*Small class sizes of 8–12 pupils, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and Senior Leaders
*Two campus setting, serving Ipswich and surrounding areas of Suffolk
*Part of a forward-thinking, collaborative Academy Trust with an expanding special schools network
You will be joining a supportive team with access to experienced SEND leaders who provide ongoing guidance and advice as the school continues to develop.
The Role*Deliver a creative, engaging and adapted curriculum that meets a wide range of needs
*Lead learning with high expectations, ensuring all pupils make progress
*Work closely with TAs, therapists, families and senior leaders to support holistic development
*Contribute to the ongoing development of SEND practice across the school
