Our client is a well-known and respected hospitality business with a strong presence across the UK. They are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation where finance plays a key role in business performance.


Key Responsibilities·
*Own the fixed asset registers for all entities and business partnering with the operational team on new projects. Producing group capex spend reports.
*Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules
*Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
*Support month-end and year-end close processes
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis
*Support cash flow reporting and monitoring
*Liaise with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
*Assist with audit preparation and external auditor queries
*Support ongoing process improvements within the finance function
About You
*Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
*Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality or multi-site environment desirable)
*Strong attention to detail and good technical accounting knowledge
*Confident using Excel and financial systems
*Strong communication skills and willingness to work across departments
*Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress professionally.
