Sales Executive Plymouth
£20,000 Basic | £50,000 OTE + Company Car
Full-Time | Weekend Rota Included
Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a rewarding career within a high-performing motor trade environment.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, delivering exceptional service while achieving sales and finance targets.
Key Responsibilities*Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and online
*Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
*Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles
*Arranging test drives and explaining finance/product options
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
*Achieving vehicle sales, finance, and add-on product targets
*Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
Requirements*Previous sales experience within the motor trade preferred
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
*Ability to deliver a first-class customer experience
*Well-presented and self-motivated
*Full UK driving licence required
