What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Building relationships with landlords and tenants
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operations

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident, professional, and presentable manner
*Keen interest in property and the local market
*Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
*Full UK driving licence preferred
