Job Description:
*Looking for a Sales Team Manager to manage our client’s office based sales team and all sales activity within the company.
*Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
*Chase leads and follow up on opportunities to generate sales.
*Negotiate wholesale trade agreements with national accounts, buying groups and major companies.
About the Company:
*Working for a well-established DIY manufacturer who have a portfolio of over 6000 SKUs across tools, garage equipment, heaters etc
*Part of a larger company with a drive for growth and development
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*You will have experience managing a sales team.
*Be skilled in contract negotiations.
*Experience in hard goods sales would be advantageous.
Salary/Benefits Information:
*£50,000 - £60,000 flexible DOE
