£28,000 – £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £35,000+)
Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm

A fast-growing and highly respected technology and security solutions provider is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join its ambitious team in Kings Langley. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a booming industry where innovation, smart technology, and customer relationships are at the heart of everything.
You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers across multiple sectors, and helping organisations improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance through cutting-edge technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing* Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and market research
* Building relationships with prospective clients across commercial sectors
* Booking high-quality appointments for the senior sales team
* Managing and nurturing leads through the CRM system
* Supporting sales presentations and attending client meetings where required
* Working toward clear, achievable KPIs with excellent earning potential
Requirements
* Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development
* A confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
* Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
* Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
* An interest in technology or technical products would be highly beneficial
