Start Time: 06:00am
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Driver’s Mate to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Swindon. This is a hands-on role supporting our drivers with multi-drop deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service throughout the working day.
You will be working as part of a team to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the driver with daily delivery routes
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Delivering goods to customers in a professional manner
Handling items with care to prevent damage
Supporting with route navigation and delivery paperwork
Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle environment
Providing a positive customer experience on every delivery
What We’re Looking For
Well-presented individuals with a professional attitude
Ability to adapt to changing situations and delivery schedules
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit (manual handling involved/heavy lifting)
A positive, can-do approach to work
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
