Lead Test Architect
Location: Stevenage

Are you an experienced Test Equipment Architect or Test Design Engineer with a passion for working with advanced technology? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in test architecture, overseeing test design considerations and ensuring comprehensive testability of complex systems.
You will lead a team of talented Test Architects, working closely with design and manufacturing teams to specify pass-out tests, BIT routines, and in-service testing requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in balancing cost and test coverage, enhancing product reliability and safety.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in electronic or electrical testing and test equipment design. Demonstrable experience in digital electronics, microprocessor systems, analogue electronics, or test equipment architecture is essential. Leadership experience and the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams will ensure your success in this senior role.
Security clearance is required; applicants must be British citizens or dual UK nationals with British citizenship.
