Production Operative (Mattress Manufacturing)

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy Mattress Production Line. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Working as part of a team on the mattress production line, including assembling mattresses and moving pallets
*Carrying out additional duties as required to support smooth production flow
*Following all relevant health and safety procedures when operating machinery or handling products
*Adhering to operational processes and meeting production timelines
*Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean, tidy, and safe
What We’re Looking For
*Good teamwork and communication skills
*Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
