Job Description:
Temporary Facilities Supervisor
*Location: Plymouth
*Job Type: Temporary
*Salary: £20-£22ph
Join my clients team as a Temporary Facilities Supervisor and take on a hands-on role in managing and improving their facilities operations. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and substantial experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the delivery of all facilities management services, ensuring compliance with best practices and statutory regulations.
*Manage in-house services such as cleaning, plumbing, and electrical works, and respond promptly to facilities-related issues.
*Conduct building inspections, oversee office moves, and implement space planning.
*Lead safety procedures, including fire drills and emergency evacuations.
*Monitor contractor performance, ensuring services meet quality standards and deliver value for money.
*Promote sustainability initiatives and manage health and safety compliance across all facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in facilities management/supervision
*Strong leadership and organisational skills.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
*Ability to perform physical tasks, including inspections at height.
