Key Responsibilities:*Carry out property valuations and market appraisals
*Generate new business opportunities and win instructions
*Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
*Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
*Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
*Progress sales through to completion
*Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
*Support overall branch performance and sales targets
Requirements:*Previous experience within residential estate agency
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*Valuation and listing experience advantageous
*Professional and confident communication skills
*Target-driven and highly motivated
*Well-presented with a positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
*Local area knowledge beneficial
