£28,000 basic (£30,000 after probation) + £6,000 bonus | OTE £36,000

We are working with a fast-growing digital agency that partners with creators, influencers, and brands across social media and subscription platforms. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Paywall & Sales Operations Lead to join their expanding team.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on improving creator performance, increasing revenue, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across subscription-based platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with creators while managing systems, processes, reporting, and remote operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day creator operations and subscription platform performance
Supporting onboarding, pricing strategy, monetisation, and growth plans
Reviewing key metrics including revenue, churn, conversion, and RPV
Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements
Managing and coordinating a remote Philippines-based team
Ensuring operational standards, workflows, and reporting systems are maintained
Preparing weekly performance reports and providing insights to senior leadership
Working closely with creators on strategy, communication, and performance improvement

Comfortable managing people and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident handling responsibility and ownership
Experience in operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, subscription models, or team management is beneficial
