Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A highly regarded and Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Basingstoke is seeking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is eager to grow and develop within a high-quality early years setting.
In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
*Support children’s learning, development, and overall wellbeing
*Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent communication skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
