Responsive Repairs Manager needed in Somerset Paying £222.54 per day ref OR101703
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Manage day-to-day delivery of the responsive repairs service
*Lead and support supervisors, operatives, and external contractors
*Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
*Monitor performance against KPIs, service standards, and budgets
*Manage contractor performance, quality, and value for money
*Resolve complex repairs issues and customer complaints
*Contribute to service improvements and operational planning
*Ensure repairs are delivered in line with customer expectations and organisational values
